What food is provided during the retreat? What do I do if I have dietary restrictions?
With dedication to sustainability and an understanding that food is integral to our nourishment, support, and healing, the chefs at Ancient Springs wish to provide optimal support for the holistic well-being of all guests. Much of the food is grown in the garden onsite or comes from local farmers. The food will be vegetarian with non-dairy and gluten free options for those that notify us of the need for those options. If you have dietary needs or restrictions, please note this on your health screening form and/or email us to notify us of your needs. Meals are prepared and served in the Dining Hall and beverages are available throughout the day.

Please plan to eat dinner on your own before arriving at the retreat center on Thursday. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided Friday and Saturday - though participants will fast during whichever meal comes directly before their KAP session.  Breakfast will be served on Sunday.
